Raja Raval

Finance Director

Raja has a wealth of experience and expertise having been in the financial services industry for over a decade and a qualified Financial advisor, Mortgage broker and chartered accountant. He has a keen eye for finding solutions in all types of situations and his role focuses heavily on ensuring that we are always finding innovative strategies for all our clients.

When he isn’t working at the office, he likes to put his feet up with a Costa Chai Tea Latte and a good Marvel superhero movie, being a self confessed movie buff.

Ash

Senior Mortgage Advisor

Ash is a super enthusiastic, CEMAP qualified member of the team who specialises in bridge and development finance. Clients will often say his friendly and informative style of communication makes him a pleasure to work with. Specialising in Bridge finance and aligns perfectly to his energetic nature executing each part of the process at high efficiency and speed, as time constraints and quick turnaround are normal with this finance class. Aside from work, Ash has a newfound love of tennis, an avid marathon runner raising money for his favoured charities and not so secretly has a love of baking in his spare time.

Jamie Johny

Senior Mortgage Advisor

Jamie is the youngest member of our team, but don’t let the age fool you for a second, he likes to think he is also the most hungriest pulling out all the stops for his clients and never shying away from going the extra distance when needed. He takes a very methodical and systematic approach to his work leaving no stone unturned, this comes from his background in software engineering, a career in which he excelled before joining the world of brokering. We are actually lucky to have him here in the UK at all being our most well travelled member of team, visiting over 30 countries in the last 3 years.

Syed Ahmed

Lead Administrator

Syed started with Expert Mortgage Solutions on a government granted apprenticeship scheme, and quickly impressed everyone with his incredibly diligent work ethic. He then went on to be the lead administrator based primarily on feedback from clients who always appreciate his communication and regular updated, ensuring everyone is well looked after from the very beginning of the process to completion. Syed is an extremely active and energetic individual, so when not at work, he is most likely at the gym pumping iron or playing football or cricket in one of the county teams he represents.

Sam Shaikh

Administrator

Sam joined us after working for another large central London mortgage brokerage. After seeing the ethos at Expert Mortgage Solutions being a very client-focused one, rather than trying to automate large parts of the mortgage process to cut costs, she decided she too enjoyed the more human approach to mortgage broking, after all it is the largest financial decision one makes in life, so we advise and recommend. Sam is a qualified broker so fully understands the mortgage process, what is involved and how to keep life for clients stress free.
